Federalism is the theory or advocacy of federal principles for dividing powers between member units and common institutions. To me federalism is pretty neat.
The three powers are legislative, judiciary, and executive. The legislative branch comprises the House of Representatives. The judiciary branch makes decisions or various legal cases. The executive branch is powered by the president.
The divison of powers is not owned by any person or persons.
A supremacy clause is the establishment of the U.S. Constitution. It is applied to the federal government when it is acting in pursuit.
